Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, React.js, and AWS cloud technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing experience, the ability to independently gather and analyze business requirements, and hands-on expertise in designing scalable enterprise applications.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can work directly with stakeholders, provide technical leadership, architect solutions, and drive end-to-end development across front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and provide technical recommendations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Independently handle client communications and project discussions.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures.
• Prepare technical solution documents, design specifications, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate business needs and propose optimal technology solutions.
• Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and coding standards.

Full Stack Development

• Develop modern web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Build reusable components and maintainable application modules.
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

AWS Cloud Development

• Design and implement cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Develop serverless solutions using:
• AWS Lambda
• Amazon Cognito
• DynamoDB
• API Gateway
• CloudWatch
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Technical Leadership

• Work closely with Front-end, Back-end, Product, and Design teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and release planning.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery quality.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in solution design and application architecture.
• Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders and clients.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
